JTRE London is an integrated investor-developer-contractor founded in 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the UK real estate market in 2018 having acquired its first Prime Central London asset for development on the South Bank, the £450m mixed use scheme, Triptych Bankside.
As part of its flagship development, Triptych Bankside, JTRE London has contributed over £1.5m to the delivery of a new campus for Art Academy London at Triptych Bankside.
Award winning Appleby Blue on Southwark Park Road, a project in partnership with United St. Saviour’s Charity is JTRE London’s second project. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects, Witherford, Watson and Mann, Appleby Blue is a new Almshouse consisting of 57 new homes and community space.
JTRE London recently acquired 220 Blackfriars Road, its third project which is in partnership with Southwark Charities. Once completed, the new mixed-use scheme will provide two towers set amongst attractive gardens and landscaping, representing the tallest and highest value scheme to be developed in SE1 in recent years. The development of the site and creation of the new office building will help facilitate the construction of the new almshouse.
Founded in 1996, JTRE now has over 300 employees with offices in three countries and broad experience developing and managing a wide range of real estate projects in nine countries.

JTRE London is run by Managing Director Nigel Fleming. Nigel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 15 years of experience in Prime Central London mixed use developments.
